When you register for any Stanton Moore Drum Academy/Drum event we reserve a spot for you and don't sell it to anyone else. By registering for any Stanton Moore Drum Academy/Drum event, you acknowledge and release Stanton Moore, New Orleans Jazz Museum and any of it's sponsors, partners or employees from any and all liability of injuries, loss or damage to personal property that may arise in the event of your participation in the event and any related travel and/or associated activities. In addition, you agree to comply with all rules and regulations set by the managers as well as the safety provisions. Stanton Moore and SMDA do not provide liability insurance for any of its events providing protection for its participants, spectators, vendors or organizations that may participate in the drum event. In consideration for your participation in this drum event, the individual, organization, business, spectator or other does hereby release and forever discharge Stanton Moore, SMDA, and its officers, board and employees jointly and severally from any and all actions, causes of actions claims and demands for, upon or by any reason of any damage, loss or injury, which hereafter may be sustained by participating in an SMDA or drum event. This release extends and applies to and also covers and includes all unknown and unforeseen unanticipated and unsuspected injuries, damages, loss and liability and the consequences as well as those new disclosed and known to exist. The provisions of state, federal, local or territorial law or state providing substance that releases shall not extend to claims, demands, injuries or damages which are known or unsuspected to exist at this time to the person executing such release are hereby expressly waived. I hereby understand and agree that Stanton Moore, SMDA and New Orleans Jazz Museum are not liable for any unforeseen or unexpected events, shortages, barriers, limitations or acts of God that affect this drum event, its vendors, hosts, venues or sponsors which interfere with, limit or obstruct participation in the drum event, New Orleans Jazz Museum production.
